BeautiFill Procedure

Next, a small incision will be made to insert the BeautiFill wand-like device. The doctor will move it back and forth to suction out the fat cells to be processed inside the primary device. Your extracted fat has a 95 percent viability rate, which means the transferred fat has long-lasting results compared to other fat transfer procedures. Dr. Trovato then fills a syringe and gradually injects your fat into the targeted areas needing volume.

For patients who have smaller zones treated, such as the face, BeautiFill recovery is typically 24 to 48 hours of downtime.

For larger zones, patients should expect one week or more of rest, but it depends on the amount of volume needed, the area it was injected into, and the swelling to subside.
